Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only.

At this time, shipping is available only on select boxed chocolate collections.
Some larger or delicate items (such as oversized chocolate hearts or specialty showpieces) are local pickup only to ensure quality upon arrival.

Shipping Method

All shipped orders are sent via Canada Post using flat-rate shipping boxes.

Flat-rate shipping allows us to offer:

  • A simple, predictable shipping cost at checkout

  • Reliable delivery across Canada

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer. Any extended timelines will be clearly communicated on the website or product listings.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery times are determined by Canada Post and typically range from:

  • 2–7 business days, depending on destination

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, remote locations, or carrier delays.

Chocolate & Weather Considerations

Chocolate is sensitive to heat and extreme temperatures. We may close shipping during the warmer months.

We package all chocolates with care to minimize risk, but we recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the package promptly.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by Canada Post but not received

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select products and will be clearly offered at checkout when applicable.
